163jl strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 163jl does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21.

If 163jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the required minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated account, and return any deposited funds via the original payment method. Age verification checks are conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

11 International Data Transfers
