1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using the 163jl platform — including but not limited to the website at 163jl.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface — you ("the Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in conjunction with 163jl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail solely in respect of the activity to which they relate.

163jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the 163jl platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active 163jl account:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You are not accessing the 163jl platform on behalf of a person who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 163jl or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether with 163jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all eligibility conditions are met. Provision of false information in relation to age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 163jl, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password of your choosing.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 163jl account. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses is strictly prohibited. 163jl employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 163jl may close all accounts, void any pending transactions, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits associated with those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 163jl login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. 163jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 163jl support immediately via the support channels provided on the platform.

3.3 Account Currency

The 163jl platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless a specific game or promotion explicitly states otherwise.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended), 163jl is required to verify the identity of account holders. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

163jl may request the following documents at any time, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the lifecycle of your account:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement header).
• Any additional documentation that 163jl, in its reasonable discretion, determines is necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

163jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, Visa/Mastercard, and CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable minimum transaction amounts. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your 163jl account in real time. 163jl is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 163jl reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to all withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are published in the Help section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

163jl will not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for deposits, unless the player has completed the full KYC verification process and submitted a specific request with supporting documentation. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso only.

5.3 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details submitted. 163jl will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details supplied by the account holder. All deposits and withdrawals are final once processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

163jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for each offer, including account verification status, minimum deposit requirements, and applicable opt-in procedures.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each offer page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• 163jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of system error, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirements.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through techniques including but not limited to matched betting using platform funds, collusion between players, use of automated software, or creation of multiple accounts to claim single-use promotions constitutes bonus abuse. 163jl reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 163jl platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty titles — are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or in the associated Help documentation. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules of that game.

163jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable game types, and live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers subject to independent testing and audit. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure, connection interruption, or system error during a game session, 163jl will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures. 163jl's decision in respect of any gaming dispute is final, subject only to the escalation process described in Section 15 of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 163jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the 163jl platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 163jl platform as a mechanism to process or conceal proceeds of crime, in violation of Republic Act 9160.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 163jl support staff.
• Accessing the 163jl platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your geographical location.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing a 163jl account or any associated balance, bonus credits, or rewards.
• Exploiting identified errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain or competitive advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications directed at 163jl staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 163jl platform, including but not limited to the 163jl brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of 163jl or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 163jl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the express prior written consent of 163jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 163jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 163jl platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 163jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

163jl's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 163jl account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

163jl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 163jl reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the platform or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

163jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 163jl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

163jl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. 12 Responsible Gaming

163jl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform offers a range of player-controlled tools designed to support responsible gambling behaviour, accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the 163jl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

163jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Detection of a duplicate account or underage gambling.

Upon account closure, 163jl will process any legitimate balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any void bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending verification or investigation.

You may also close your own 163jl account voluntarily at any time by contacting 163jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

163jl reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 163jl will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 163jl platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the 163jl platform, or any gaming transaction, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 163jl customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators, and thereafter to the appropriate Philippine courts or arbitration body.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including Republic Act 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines).
